Mackenzie holds a degree in Early Childhood Education. Beginning her career in childcare, she developed a strong foundation in child development, inclusive support, and family collaboration.
While earning her degree, Mackenzie fell into home care by providing private home care for a neighbor. She now has 8+ years of experience providing hands on care, managing individualized care plans, coordinating support staff, and work closely with families and caseworkers to ensure high-quality, person-centered services. Known for strong organizational skills and compassionate leadership, Mackenzie is committed to promoting dignity, independence, and supportive care environments.

Chief Financial Officer
Helen is a dedicated and compassionate professional who brings hands-on experience as a caregiver, where she provided attentive, patient-centered support to individuals recovering from injury, surgery, and illness. Helen also has experience managing 24/7 home-care, this experience helps her understand the importance of maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with teams to ensure quality care and positive outcomes.
In addition to healthcare experience, Helen brings strong administrative expertise in billing and invoicing, including managing accounts, processing payments, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions. Helen is known for her attention to detail, organization, and the ability to balance multiple priorities efficiently.

Camp Lead
As a former school counselor and current life skills teacher at an alternative school, Chelsey brings an abundance of knowledge and experience in mental health, special education, and behavior intervention. Chelsey has a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an at-risk youth care minor, as well as a master’s degree in school counseling. In addition, she works as a respite care provider for a teen with autism. Chelsey has a knack for building strong relationships with the youth she serves, creating an inclusive environment for all, and helping youth reach their goals while making learning fun.
