Camp Lead Staff

Camp lead staff help the camp coordinator plan and implement activities while engaging and supporting campers. Camp lead staff will ensure safety for all children enrolled. You’ll work closely with the care coordinator to support social skills, emotional regulation, and positive participation.

Key Details:

  • Schedule: June 8 – August 21, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Qualifications: Experience leading groups preferred
  • Ideal for: Teachers and youth program staff
Camp Counselor 

Camp Counselors  lead small-group activities such as games, arts and crafts, cooking, and community outings. You’ll help campers try new things, build confidence, and have fun. Camp counselors work either 1-1 with children or in a small group setting which is 1-4.

Key Details:

  • Schedule: June 8 – August 21, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Qualifications: Experience working with kids preferred
  • Ideal for: College students and paraprofessionals
Float/Relief Staff

Float/Relief Staff step in where they’re needed, this could be partial days or to support where there are scheduling gaps. You might support different groups, help with transitions, or assist specific campers.

Key Details:

  • Schedule: Flexible hours between 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Qualifications: Comfortable adapting to changing needs
  • Ideal for: Direct-support professionals
